The Story Behind The Dyslexia Detective
When I first began teaching, I had students who were struggling to read, and I knew I needed better answers. That led me to learn more about how children learn to read and eventually to the Wilson® Reading System.
After more than 30 years in education, I’m a Wilson® Dyslexia Practitioner, National Board Certified Teacher, and Certified Reading Specialist.
I created The Dyslexia Detective Toolkit to give parents practical, easy-to-use ways to help their child build stronger reading skills at home.
